When I saw this little chair, I fell in love with the scroll work and details. I did not, however; love the brown velour fabric. It had to go! Using leftover materials I had around the house, I gave it a fresh coat of chalk paint, distressed it a bit and sealed it with clear wax. I used a beautiful pale blue toile to replace the ugly brown and voila! A beautiful little side chair was born!
