One of the first furniture rehab projects I did for our new house was on a pair of end tables and a coffee table.  I knew I wanted our new furniture to not only look attractive, but to function as well.  Like so many others, storage is a must for us; so I knew I wanted something with drawers to hide all the things I didn’t want on display.  You know, remotes, tissues, nail files, etc.  When I came across these on Craiglist, I knew they’d be perfect for our living room!  The original finish was much darker than I wanted, so I gave them a fresh coat of Annie Sloan Chalk Paint in French Linen and sealed them with clear wax.  They work perfectly in our new living room!
